Alter a long, hard trip to Becrumont the Green and White scored their first victory over the Royal Purple of Beaumont High. Dean Sanford, guard, gave the Lobo backtield a hcmd by scoring a touchdown in the 20-7 triumph. The Lobos lost their second home game to the Port Arthur Yellow Iackets by a score of 14-6. Rowland and Haney did their iobs well on both offense and defense. 'I'he Lobos finally broke a three-year by downing the Kilgore Bulldogs 21-0. Iefiries did a grand job of quarierbacking, while Forrest Griqg was outstanding for his line play. The Wolves defeated a much heavier Woodrow Wilson team by a score of 14-7.
