Longs Peak is known for unusual things, and our leg auction was one of them. The student council planned this wild idea, and wild lt was! Legs, legs, and more legs displayed for bidding. Any size, shape, or color was available. lf you bought a pair of legs, you got the body too. so it wasn't such a bad deal. The body you got was a slave and slaves they were-- carrying books, opening lockers, and getting lunches were a few of the things they had to do. It was a fun filled day for all, even the slaves.
