Click, Click, Click, Zing! The individualized Typing l program successfully continued this year. Fundamental typing skills and a chance to improve speed and accuracy are basically what the course is all about. Writing to businesses for pictures or for specific information was a special unit for typing students. Some students did exceptionally well with high-speed timed typing tests. Some even got up as high as 50 to 60 words per minute. Mrs. Clark, the typing teacher, feels that students, with a little self-discipline and a lot of hard work, can master a skill they can and will use. Typing I students, Paula Rowell 193, Marri Cochran 483, Rob Sloan's Q93 head, Kurt Schlagel 193, and Kathleen Beavers 483, gather around Mrs. Clark's desk for help and advice. SOITYPING The typing department received four electric typewriters this Year. Here, Shari Owen 193 uses one of them while she aides for Mrs. Clark.
