■■■«■•«■■■■ Above: Santa and crew exemplify the citizenship as practiced at Longfellow. Santa was allowed to distribute candy sticks as a reward in a contest in which a substantial amount of money was raised for the needy. Longfellow students not only study citizenship but practice it in and out of class. Below: Longfellow students also have fun. This typifies one of the ways in which we let our hair down. However, in spite of it all good citizenship won out and we were still able to have our regular class work during our fun week.
