Pictured are the members of the Senior String Callahan, Elizabeth Robinson, Kay Schaftroth, sen, Marilyn Shiers, Bob Meyers, Steve Lewis, Cleland, Iudy Hellman, Linda Rlbin and Loree Moon. l..J Discussing a problem concerning the band and orchestra are the members of the Cabinet: Bob Morris, lim Maser, Connie Cole, lean Nelson, Iudy Hlbin, lack Routh. Denny Iackson, Ienny St. Iohn, Loraine Cleland, Hnnette Borchert. Patty Foster and Elizabeth Robinson. Playing dinner music was the specialty of this group the String Ensemble. Members are Ienny St. Iohn. lanet Hay ward, Patty Foster, Bob Hillebrandt, Marietta Mason and Elizabeth Robinson. 1 Orchestra: Ienny St. Iohn, Ianet Hayward, Iudy Iensen, Lanny Iorgenson, Glenda Marietta Mason, Carol Copeland, Marilyn Schaeffer, Karen Gunlicks, Linda len Elaine Spahr, Iudy Nelson. Hrtis Shields, Homelle Hamblin, Ianie Dier, Loraine Orchestra Accents Longfellow Music Music, Music, Music could Well have been the theme song ot the 48 mem- bers ot the 55-56 senior orchestra. Throughout the past school year this busy group Worked hard to present musical programs in assemblies and tor the public. Bright and early in the morning the industrious orchestra members climbed the long flight of stairs ot the Manual Qrts Building tor sectional rehearsals. Extra sectional rehearsals such as these made for a better and more well- rounded orchestra. This was the third year that this or- ganization Was under the leadership ol Mr. Douglas Englehardt. ln addition to directing the lull orchestra, Mr. Englehardt taught junior high and elementary string groups, l-le also or- ganized various string ensembles, making it possible tor every member of the senior orchestra string section to participate in an ensemble.
