All around Our Home Town we can see evidences of the days gone by. Old Fort Kearny reminds us that In- dians once roamed where we now live. Traces of the Gay Nineties can be found in the old Opera House, with its frayed plush seats and dusty stage. Cotton Mill is another remain of this fabulous era and Kearney's boom days.
