Lon-nie Rawls. Ed Evans. Stan Cola. Alex Lombardo. Brett Mackason. and Ken Smith finished third in “B North Conference Division. The team won the Holmdel Relay Championship and the Cragon Relay Championship for the second year in a row. The team also won the LB relays. Malcolm Freeman was the top quarter-mile. Ed Evans was the top middle distance runner Calvin Briggs, top hurdler, contributes greatly to the team's efforts. “The relay should be the teams strong point. Last season the team put together one of the areas best shutter hurdle team and 440 relay teams. Malcolm. F'd Evans, Keith Pedrick. The Girls’ Track team finished the season with an 0 and 6 record. The team was made up of eight underclassmen. Although there weren’t enough girls to make up a full team, the girls competed for the individual satisfaction and self-improvement. They are looking forward to improving their record in the 1987 season. This is an excellent way to keep fit and bring honor to LBHS. “I hope more girls join us,” said Coach Simmons.
