Quill and Scroll QUILL AND SCROLL TIDE o Tide Editors Tide Staff Newspapers are the lifeblood of a nation, pro- viding it with the vital facts and events that shape our world. A The TIDE performs this iob on a smaller scale. It keeps the school informed of future events and re- ports past events. lt also gives the journalism class a workshop in which to experiment and learn the techniques of the newspaper field. Students who excel in the field of iournalism are admitted into Quill and Scroll, the International Honor Society for Journalism. Here their endeavors are applauded.
