Mrs. Lucille Shattuck Four- th and Fifth grade teacher. She attended Iowa State Teachers College and has taught for two years. Her home town Is Des Moines and her favorite pastimes are knitting and sewing for her two daughters. Her hobby is her husband and daughters. Mrs. Dorothy Kilbourne, teaches Sixth and Seventh grade. She graduated from the University of Iowa and has taught school for nine years. Her hobby is art work and her favorite pas- times are reading, sew- ing, and attending sports events. James R. Shattuck, teaches mathematics in high school. He has coached football, base- bail, and boys basketball at Lone Tree for the past two years. He graduated from the University of Iowa. His pas- time is playing with his daughters and his hobby is his wife and children. Allen Snyder, teaches Eco- nomics, World History, and Government. He graduated from the University of Iowa in 1940. His home town is Riverside, Iowa. This makes his tenth year of teaching. He says his favorite pastime is sleeping and his hobby is woodworking. He has been principal at Lone Tree for the past two years. Mrs. Donna Weir, teaches high school English. Her home town is Agency, Iowa. She graduated from Drake University in 1947 and this is her third year of teach- ing. Her favorite pastimes are reading and listening to music and her hobby is sewing.

 Geneice E. Potee, teaches first grade. Mrs. Potee’s home town is in Sac City, Iowa. She received her first two years of education at Iowa State and her last two at the University of Iowa. Her first teaching job was at Sac City teaching the second grade. The second year was at Lone Tree. Mrs. Potee likes to sing and listen to records. She also is interested in photography and enjoys sports such as golf and tennis Ned Michael Doty, teaches high school subjects; Speech, American History, Shop, and Physical Education. Mr. Ned Doty received his B. S. degree at Ball State Teach- ers College, and also attended the University of Iowa. His home town is Muncie, Indiana. He has had two years of teaching experience. His favorite pastime is play- ing with his little son Terry Michael. His favorite hob- bies are flying, playing golf, and swimming. Elizabeth K. Dalton, teaches high school subjects; Home Economics, shorthand, and Physical Education. Mrs. Dalton received her B. S. degree at St. Ambrose- Mary Crest, at Davenport, Iowa; and her M.A. degree at the University of Iowa. Her home town is Daven- port, Iowa. She has had three years of teaching ex- perience. Her favorite pastime is organizing recre- ational facilities for children. Her favorite hobby is square dancing, sports, sewing.
