Pink and Patches won District honors at Nacogdoches with Elizabeth Williams as best actress, Mildred Whitener as next best actress, and Sonny Lea as best actor. The same honors were won at the Regional meet, Longview, with Elizabeth Williams best actress, Mildred Whitener next best actress, and Sonny Lea as best actor. At the State meet, Austin, the play won second place with all-star honors going to Elizabeth Williams.
