CLASS OF '58 Say, do you remember the class of 1958? Well, of course you do, they were really a notorious group! For what were they notorious? Well, there were really quite a few things, one of these being they were the Freshman class in 1955. Talk about a bunch of green horns, you lust never saw the beat of them. Something else for which we can remember them was that Spring Picnic in l956 where they dressed the fellows like Roman soldiers and made them wait on tables. J They were also the class responsible for the Graduation Banquet.in l957 for which they chose the theme Mature in Christ . Well, so it went. Now in 1958 the class has diminished till there are only a few of them left. The faculty have decided they had best graduate them now per chance by waiting any longer there wouldn't be enough left to make a graduating class. Would you like to meet this notorious class? Well, here they are! The President of the class was a Young lady named Virginia who Marg't time with Davies. Ann, her sec- retary, was Harrington. Really she was the secretary type. The gal holding the money bag for the class was Norma, usually Camer on the outside than the inside. Frith in this class came one called Marilyn who had bills and bills, but there was really only one Bill who really mattered. Cathie was the gal who took a Birrell at most every subiect, but her specialty was Jim. This class used to have quite a bit of fun! When something really funny happened they went into Cowles and Cowles of laughter, especially one called Jo Ann. Actually our Joyce were more than our Williams since we didn't have too many fel- lows in the class. Oh, there was Walter whose motto seemed to be tease the girls and Leaman alone, and that Foxy fellow called Dick. Then there was a fellow Jim who went around Twin'em all out. We never had much need for a Priest altho' there were lots of plans for Marion done. But then who ever heard of a Pearl that Sparks? Well, we did! We did have one Audrey who wanted Morri-son than anything else - someone else's son that is. And it wasn't Richardson either because she was a girl, Barbara. i Eva n tho' it wasn't easy, people like Riegert Irwin ed their way through school. Then, too, there were people who Hobbs ed along like Jeanne, and people like Norma who always had Kier stead of any fun. -As well as these we have a few other Ruth less characters who caused us to nearly develop a Whitehead, because their names iust didn't co-operate. One of these was Mari Zeran who even when she changed it Dini 'ven help like Zunnebergs did. There they are,- one and all. Now aren't you glad that you met them?' If anyone ever asks you if you have met someone notorious, you can broaden your shoulders, puff out your chest and say YES ! Seriously tho', we have had a wonderful time being part of this class of '58, and we are happy to know that even tho' graduation may separate us, it will only be for a time.
