Put ye on the whole armor of God, was the theme portrayed by the spring picnic. The soldiers assembled at Pinafore Park in St. Thomas for a time of fellowship and fun. Rev. Leander Roblin came to us with a background of pastoral experience. He is at present the pastor of Benton Street Baptist Church in Kitchener, Ontario During his thirty years in the ministry, Mr. Roblin has seen the Lord bless in marvellous ways Recently his church erected a sixty thousand dollar educational building because of the growth of the Sunday School. His helpful suggestions and inspiring words with relation to our future ministry were of benefit to all present.
