choir four . . . Sing unto the Lord with thanksgiving. As we look back upon our 1956 Choir Tour, we are gratefully conscious of the lord's goodness to us. We found that our first weekend tour, which was to Toronto, proved to be iust a taste of what was in store for us later on. March 15 found us starting out on our ll day tour, which included concerts at Oshawa, Peterborough, Ottawa, Montreal, Lachute, Kingston, Moravia, N.Y., Geneva, N.Y., Elmira Heights, N.Y., Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Beamsville and Simcoe. Highlights of our tour included a visit to the new library at Oshawa, the wax museum in Montreal, a guided tour of the St. Lawrence Seaway Proiect at Kingston, the Glass Museum at Corning, and a visit to the Parliament Buildings in Ottawa, where the choir was requested to sing in the Hall of Fame. Each choir member enioyed immensely the warm welcome with which we were received and the fine fellowship in the homes. Each day in the bus we had a blessed time studying the books of Philippians and Colossians. The fellowship both with one another and with God will long be remembered as the main highlight of the entire tour. Our God certainly proved to us once again that in ourselves we can do nothing, but in His power all things are possible. As we sang, it was certainly . . with thanksgiving unto Him.
