Campus Shots 77 Editorls Leffer As the year closes, I would like to thank those who were always there to help when it felt like the world was crumbling around me: Connie Marrocola Mr. Bailes Cynthia Steel Kathy Nutter Cindy Major Richard Hamner Mr. Loftin Robin Faison Many thanks to the rest of the staff for just being there: . . . to the faculty and administration for their encouragement. . . to Taylor Publishing representatives, Mr. Ralph Harper and Mr. Dee Dearen, for putting everything down and showing our staff how to put a book together. . . to the Murphys at Clark Hall for not hanging up the phone or throwing me out when I needed to get in to work at late or early hours . . . and a special thanks to all my friends for being patient when I came to the table like a furiated monster, wearing my problems on my shirt sleeve. To everyone who receives this book, take care of it, because it is a dream come true. In February, I took the responsibility of putting a yearbook together for the selfish reason, I wanted one. With a small group of inexperienced people and myself talso inexperiencedy we attempted what some said was impossible. The book you hold is a product of four months of hard work and very late hours by a few dreamy but dedicated people. However, the final responsibility rests here and I apologize for any mistakes that may appear. - Norma Dosier Index Adams, Michalle ........................ 20, 61 Aguayo, Benjamin ....................... 20, 61 Aguayo, Myriam ............ 20,25, 54,61, 77, 79 Aguilar, Angeles M ....................... 15, 77 Alavi, Sayed Moh'd Hamid .................... 61 Albritton, Belle ............................. 10 Alexander, Denise ....................... 20, 53 Alexander, Ruth ........................... 7, 8 Ali Odet-Allah, Ahmad ....................... 18 Allen, Timothy D ............................ 2O A1-Rhail,Kamel Issa .................. 18, 20, 54 Alvarez, Javier ....................... 20, 54, 61 Alvey, Gary M. ............................. 2O Alminzadeh, Siamak ........................ 18 Anderson, Floyd ............................ 1O Arevalo, Guillermo .................... 15,61, 79 Armendariz, Edmundo ................ 20, 54, 61 Arps, Mattie D. ......................... 20, 57 Ashburn, Barbara A. .................. 20, 55, 58 Azamghavami, Bijan ........................ 18 Bagley, Gary W .......................... 20, 55 Bailes, Dutton J., Jr. .............. 7, 8, 50,52, 79 Baker, Emily A. ...................... 15, 50, 51 Ball, Beulah ............................... 10 Ballard, Michael R. ...................... 18, 57 Ballew, Laura Marie ................ 15, 57,70, 77 Barakat, Moh'd Faek ........................ 18 Barker, Carl ............................ 10, 44 Barton, Marty A. ............ 20, 36, 50, 57, 77, 78 Batson, Joan Allyson ..................... 13, 20 Beach, Vincent E. ....................... 20, 61 Behnia, Daryoush ....................... 18, 20 Beli, Charissa Ann .................... 20, 51, 56 Bendiksen, David B. ........................ 2O Berger, Robert K. .............. 15, 37, 40, 60, 70 Berry, Lillie C. ....................... 20, 57,61 Bertrand, Franchette ............... 20, 32, 37, 38 Best, Lee Ray .............................. 1O Binesh, Banadkooki Hassan .................. 18 Birmingham, Timothy R. . . 18, 27, 32, 34, 35, 36, 51, 54 Bowman, Eric S. ..................... 15,43, 45 Bradford, Sheryl J. ................... 15, 57, 70 Bradley, Robert A ..................... 21, 55, 58 Brines, Allen 11 ............................ 7, 8 Brown, Billy Wayne ......................... 44 Bruce, Russell P ............................ 21 Brush, Ivy Lynn ................... 21, 37,50, 54 Burton, Richard E ....................... 6, 7, 75 Byers, Sue E ......................... 15, 50, 59 Cantua, Dora .............................. 21 Cantua, Hilda ............................. 21 Cantua, Ruth .............................. 21 Chance, Raymond A ...................... 15, 50 Chelehmal-Dezfoulnejad, Majid ................ 18 Childress, Kathryn C ................... 21, 57, 79 Clark, Greg ............................ 25, 60 Index 81 82 Clemons, E.
