Education and Christian Leadership have never played so vital a role, and it is my hope that the students of Lon Morris so direct their studies and activities that each may assume his responsibilities with confidence and dignity in later years. -5 Dean H. In order to lead happy and useful lives, we must exercise a Christian faith in the ultimate triumph of that which is right and good and do Whatever lies in our power to bring about peace and serenity not only in the lives of those about us, but also in our nation and the larger world community.

A true optimist is one who can see an opportunity in every diili- culty. The year 1951-52 has not been an easy one for church colleges. Your enthusiasm, loyalty, and sacrificial spirit have helped to make this one of our finest hours in the history of Lon Morris College. We shall remember you gratefully.
