For most of you this school year has been one of unusual growth. 1950-51 has been a year of growth and progress for Lon Morris. No history of the Twin Towers institu- tion will be complete without a chapter on your achieve- ments. This note I am writing between Thanksgiving and Christmas. These two seasons suggest the feelings you have stirred within us - gratitude and good cheer.

Education Through the years, the college annual, the 'iAlex- andraf has recorded the activities, the aspira- tions, and the hopes for the future of the Lon Morris students and of the college itself. This year, the Dean,s message is one of con- gratulations to the sponsors and the staffs of the years gone by and to the one for 1950-51. Friends share our thinking and by it We are lifted above into an atmosphere of calmness from which We draw new hope and strength. Then, too, it is a safe and sensible Way to make life more meaningful and creates the right conception of business, that is, a series of transactions carried on in a spirit of friendliness.
