“Senior Class History 'Green freshman' was the term applied to ns in the fall of 1950 when the class entered L. B. S. On initiation day we dressed in gunny sacks and the traditional lipstick smears. Pat Warts joined our class maklng a total of twenty-nine. The mmbers were as follows: Billy Frits- chen, presirbntg he Palmr, vice-preeidentg Robert Schultz, secretary and treasurerg Sharon hfferty, Student Coumil repreeentiveg Virginia Reeseg lheren Owensg Lawrence Ruffg lorna lhllerg Ieora Haley, Inland Owensg Avica Blawg L.J. Ellyg Ronald Bechsrg Warren Seeg Pat Wartag Bob Stantong Rosemaryliigginsg Jack Statesg Coleman Schick, Donna Kelllngg Wanda Sdelmang Bob Beckverg B111 Hillerg Rqlond HcGu:l.reg Gene Noelg Carl Smithg Bob Wallgreng T.J. Harmony and Everett Kendall. Our class sponsor was Hr. Bolts. In our second year we were given more priveleges but were still mnderclasansn. We lost five meters of the class: Colman Schick,Uarren See, Wanda Edelman, Everett Kendall and Pat Warts. Connie Baker came to Logan from lorton and Haunetta Slansky from Plainrllle to make our class enrollmnt twenty-six. Our class officers were Rob Schulte, presimntg Virginia Reese, secretary and treasurerg Dee Palmer, vice-presidentg and Ronald Beckerg Student Council representive.We were aslosd by the juniors to serve the Junior-senior banquet at which the girls wore pastel colored gsrmntl. Hr. Curtis was our sponsor. September, 1952, found us starting as Juniors. Warren See Joined us again making an enrollment of 27. Our officers were Rob Schultz, president me Palmer, vice-president, Donna Xelling, secretary and treasurerg Bill llller, Student Council representive. Our sponsor was Hr. Morris. We presented our class play, 'They Gave Him a Co-ed. We chose 'Rainbows' as our theme for our banquet, the most important event of the year. We got quite a thrill when we received our class rings. It was interesting to sae how larry times the rings 'changed wearere. At long last we were seniors. We lost four members of our class: Warren See, Gene Noel, Waunetta Slansky, and L.J. Ehly. Pat Davis Screen joined ns making an enrollment d2l4. Our class officers were Rnb Schulh, prealchntg Dae Palmer, vice-presidentg Illnna Kelling, secretary andtna- surerg and Billy Fritschen, Student Council representive. Our class sponsor was Hr. Pbrris. We presented the play 'Damsels in Distress! At the tim of this writing we are locking forward to a second playg junior and senior banquet, alumni banquet and last but by no means least, eonencement and the senior sneak. Senior Will We, the Senior Class of 1994 of Logan High School, of the city of Logan, County Phillips and the state of Kansas, being of a soxmd mind and memory do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be our last will and testament, hereby revoling any will or wills heretofore made by us. I, Bob Stanton, will ly giggle to Danny Kelling and ny ability to get engaged while in high school to Darrell Stanton. I, Norma Hiller, will q talkativeness to Carol Fox, and q ability foget along with the history teacher to the members of the junior class. I, Ronald Becker, will my bashfulness to Norman H-xrklien and my ability to keep a nodal A running to Leland Griffin. I, he Palnr, will ly great height to lhrrell Becker and W chair in the truqwet section in band to Mark Winters.
