James Grundmeier, the boy with the mechani- mind, displays his many types of electrical Jaratus. These gimmicks were all made from gazine designs, but they do have that certain lch that only Jimmy can give them. Jim Hook points out his artistic ability. These tures of cars that Jim has here are some you Je probably never seen before, because most of rm are his own ideas. Larry Martin never has any trouble cutting meat. Larry's hobby is a collection of knives different shapes and sizes. May I have this dance??? Some of the mem- rs .of the Logan High School Dance Band are lCtlClI1g their latest arrangement. 5. Mrs. Keay looks on while Eugene Peterson and Harold Powers do a geometry problem. 6. Rodney Larson is congratulated by Miss Ad- ams, Mr. Wolfe and Marlene O'Neil for being the winner of the Harrison County Spelling Contest. Marlene was Logan's other entry. 7. Going to a ball??? Carrie Bell King displays her new formal which she made herself for the Junior-Senior Prom. 8. Rosemary Rief, Elaine Michael and Lorraine Collins admire each other's new outfits. The girls made their outfits in Homemaking Class. 9. Dorothy Christensen and Marjorie Clark are perfect examples of what Advanced Homemaking can do for a girl. Marjorie made her white, tail- ored suit and Dorothy made her jumper.

1 r i In mentor 3 Vonda Fountain was a member of the Sopho- re Class. She strived to do her best in every- igg was a good student, music member, and a nd to all. Our hearts were saddened when ida was killed in an automobile accident in the ly part of 1953. Harold Kierscht and Wilma Straight are going :ugh a routine to put over the song Buttons Bows at the Sophomore Hillbilly party. Marlo Stowers and Rosella Smith are looking r the things in Rosella's cedar chest. Rosella till hoping, while Marlo already has her plans ie. This is the great Fife, Jug, and Bottle band t entertained at the Sophomore Party. Mr. Mc- iald, the sponsor, Joan Birks, Marjorie Finley, te Harvey, Lorraine Collins, and Derrell Brad- all seem to be enjoying it. Vonda fountain ati' sis' asa' 4. The square dancing that took place at the Sophomore Party made a hit with the kids. Perry Rief, Julene Olsen, Bonita Thomas and Howard Harter are having a fine time. Caller, Max Mar- ley, is at the microphone. 5. Doris Rother and Gary Pitt are a steady cou- ple who may be seen together in the halls. There are always a few minutes to spare between classes 6. Gary Oloff was a life saver when it came to having cold pop for the basketball games. The profits went into the Logan Log fund for this year. 7. Fred Divelbess really gets some swell music out of his accordion. Fred entertained the student body at the sophomore party. 8. Little James Grundmeier was a famous Hill- billy announcer for the program. His walk, ac- cent, and manners were all good during the act.
