JUNIOR ACTIVITIES e annual Junior Class All-School Party 2d the student body singing their favorite nas Carols fPictures No. 1 and 51. Al- it was a solemn occasion, picture one Wahneeta Walls in a double cast-director 2e ornament. Everyone enjoyed the delight- rty and evening ending in dancing. Music 'ovided by many famous dance bands ton of course!b. Dancing couples in range of mera were Muriel Dinkel-Bill Lemons and Birks-Dwight Weed 133. e Junior Class sold magazine subscriptions 1 money for the '52 prom. They won a plaque for reaching an all-time high of 551,205.80 in sales. After many weeks of door-to- door campaigning, the Juniors ended up with a free, all-you-can-eat , ice cream party. Marjorie Clark and Sharon Brownell are heaping Rodney Olsen's plate 163. Highlights of the evening's program were the presentation of trophies awarded by Miss Leeney, and a special award to Max Pearsall. who was high salesman t2b. Enjoyable entertainment fol- lowed. Ping pong and Cards made up most of the entertainment, and here in picture No. l you see Loren Gamet, Paul VVoodard, Hugh Brownell. and Ray Hansen playing off a tough game of cards. Near the Water fountain two pings pong players wait for a serve While in the left background sit some hewildered checker players, Later on in the evening preparations for re- freshments were done with the smiling approval of Mrs. Keay as she supervises her food commit- tee: Irene Alexander, Joanne Faszholz, Rosalie Collins. and Betty Sears. Miss Leeney stopped in to sample their coneoctions t2l. The results of their Work can be seen in the contented faces of Larry Smith, Don Barkhoff. Norma Nelson, Marilyn Larson, Gale l and Gloria Pitt 435. Something new was presented by the 1 class this year. They gave Logan's first ty.
