Rudy Puzey Kent Soderquist Industrial Arts Art Along with teaching typing, shorthand, accounting, cooperative office education, distributive education, and business machines, the business department has put an added emphasis on the free enterprise system. As a result of this, the distributive education classes, under the direction Mrs. Hall, have remodeled the school store where students can actively participate in the free enterprise system. Industrial art students experienced several activities; including, constructing a house, assembling radios, and repairing automobiles. The capable staff provided practical experience, industry involvement, and on-the-job training. She thinks that's a good caption, wonders Peggy Christensen. Faculty 23

A one, a two, a one, two, three, four Steven Goodman Eugene Tueller Music — Orchestra Music — Vocal Chauntaires, stage band, orchestra, and Crimson Colony are just a few of the classes offered by the Music Department. Under the capable direction of Eugene Tueller, Steve Call, and Steve Goodman, the Music Department was able to keep the magic of music flowing throughout the year. Does Math really mystify students? With the aid of calculators and good teachers, math students tried all year long to understand mathematical mysteries.
