The Principals, an important ingredient to a successful school As our principal and a Logan High School graduate, Rulon Olsen thinks that our school is the greatest! His enthusiasm and pride make him an excellent principal. He said, We have the best teachers and finest staff around.” He is especially proud of our athletic program. The new region really helped us find success in athletics. Because our organizations have always been outstanding, Mr. Olsen is really pleased with the efforts and accomplishments made by the Grizzlies to uphold these fine traditions. He enjoys working hard to improve our school because of the support and cooperation given by each student. Mr. Olsen feels that we all need to have even more pride in our school. We need to strive to uphold her standards and keep the halls and campus cleaner. Even though our school is not perfect, he knows we are the best! Rulon Olsen Principal Mr. Raymond Haslam says, Logan High School has some of the finest students in the United States. I wouldn’t trade for any other school.” Before becoming our vice principal he worked with the string orchestra programs here and in Ogden for twenty-two years. He was the conductor of our fine orchestra for thirteen years. He enjoyed his work with the orchestra students but is very pleased to work with the entire studentbody now. Mr. Haslam loves his job and is very proud of our school. He wants all students to know that he is here to help them. His smile and concern make him a great vice principal. 14 Principals

Student Senate makes a change Our Student Senate has made a change: Instead of meeting as a first hour class, the leaders of our school meet in a special Teacher Advisory group under the Supervision of Mr. Olsen and Mr. Haslam. Student Senate takes charge of elections and announcements during T.A. They discuss problems and vote on school improvements, as well as plan the many activities and assemblies enjoyed by all throughout the year. Getting the announcements ready is part of Reed Dixon and Kathy Neeley's |Ob.
