BASKETBALL QUEENS Feb. 10, 1976, the nexl-Io-the-last home basketball game was highlighted by the crowning of the 1975-76 Basketball Queen, Crystal Davis. The Varsity L Club sponsored the contest while the nominees were elected by clubs and then by the Senior High student laxly. Steve Adams, president of the club, crowned Crystal, while Lee Howdyshell, Varsity I secretary- treasurer, presented her with a Ixnjquet of roses. Members of Crystal's court were: lulie Bell and |oel Barkhurst, Dinah Fickel and Tim Mulholland, lane McDaniel and Mike Erb, Darlene Peppers and Scott Hubbard. The fighting Chieftains then honored their queen by outshooting Wellston 79-4.1. 14 Opening
