For eight years he has devoted his time in playing a small, but necessary, part in the operation and pro- gress of our school. This could be a picture of any woman, a woman un.known to the students of Logan Elm. lnstead, she has become a symbol of total devo- tion and love for the students of Logan Elm. Respectfully and proudly, she is known to us as Miss DeLong, who never failed to praise one who deserved praise, to comfort one who had born sorrow, who was willing to become involved with the life of each of her students. In her never-ending duties as a teacher of French, bookkeeping, and typing, she seasoned the work with amusing quips, practical philosophy, and interesting anecdotes of her travels in Europe. Through her innumerable services, she has given us something that is truly irreplaceable--her friendship. With thankful hearts, we, the 1968 staff, dedicate this Skandha to Miss Alice Debong. ms 5715-Q Zebjony
