Our Classes Typing Typing is becoming more and more necessary in modern life- In this class many students have the opportunit to learn to type and to increase their speed and skill Ceramics Making pottery is a lot of fun but it is also plenty of work. Pat Steinke end Bob Fitzsimmons have the job of putting the pottery in the kiln. Mr. Dan Boone, the in- structor, is making sure it is done properly. Mechanical Drawing Mechanical drawing is c part of many boys ' courses. This subject is very important because they learn to draw and interpret blue prints. Lapidary •■ new course this year at Lodi High is lapidary. Bob Dietz, Pauline Peters, and Grace Okazaki ore busily -■olishing stones ond seem very interested.

Our Classes Algebra With guidance from Mr. Roy Hanlon, Helen Alexander and Donold Macs have the difficulties taken out of a division problem in algebra. Chemistry Eager chemistry students are busily engoged in setting up their equipment to make oxygen, Mr. Harold Chris- tensen stands by to help students in distress. Home Economics This tailored jacket will certainly look good on Betty Shaw when she finishes it. Jackets are just one of the many useful orticles girls make in home economics. Physics These students are working on some problems in con- nection with water. From left to right they are Fredene Gesler, Beverly Ridenour and Pat Dougherty.
