Regular business meetings, with refreshments as an added attraction, are held once a month in the evening. As well as presenting plays of their own, the club journeyed to other towns to see produc- tions of the Dramatic Clubs of other schools and colleges. The initiation for the new members was held in September and all the new members were very glad when it was over. The major project of the year in which all co- operated was the production of “Double Door.” ‘It was the first mystery presented at Lodi in recent years, and it was a great success. Diane James, Harold McGrady, Vera Flanagan, Gordon Warnes, Betty McGarvey, Pat Arnold, Frank Clover, Boyd Lance, Bill Bittner, Ralph Tanner, Jackie Duck, and Bill Manke were the members of the cast and the rest of the mem- bers assisted with the stage, advertising, ticket selling, ushering, and the other tasks that go into the producing of a good play.
