Last will and Testament of Class of 19435 By Mary Bowman We, the members of the Lodi High School Class of 1943 being of sound mind and body do ordain and establish this testament of our last days in this school and bequeath pee following to those we leave behind: section I AMUTL OLE, Lime me To the Junior Class as a whole we, the Seniors, eave our assembly seats and all the gum collected beneath theme Article II----To the Sophomore Class, we give back Sue Crum and hope that they will appreciate her companionship as much as we dide Article IIlI---To the Freshman Class, we give our sunny dis- positions and hope that they can liven up the school- house as much as we dide Article IV-- -To the Faculty, we will fifty centa from our enormous breasury--juat to make up for what few(?) detention slips we have used. Article Vers The Senior Government Class wills all Mr. White's corny jokes to next yearts class, Jey they learn to suffer through them as courageously as we havee Section II Article I-----Bob DeVoe wills his ability to sleep in Govern- ment Class to Tom Whitright--you may necd it, Tom. Article II----Alice Cook leaves her ability to wake Bob Devoe in Government to Betty Fetzer so she can use it on Tom next yoare Article IIT---Gene Bowman leaves his love for wine, women, and song to Harold Seifert. Here's hoping Harold will enjoy hinself as much as Gene has. Article IV----Marjoric Piatt wills her long list of addresses collectcd over the last four years to Joanne Smith. May Joanne find as much use for them as Marge did, Article VereeeJohn Snell bequeaths his absent mustache to: Robert Howell, If it doesn't go well with your hair, Roveve, you can always dyc ite Article Vi---=Janot Bartholomai wills her scat im Orchestra to Caroline Lorenzen.
