CROWDER, AB Home Economic: Spaxgah Whether it is dressmaking, home furnishing, tailorf ing, pattern making, budgeting, or drawing house plans, MRS. CHOWDER is the one most able to help the girls. Alter studying under her, they are better prepared to struggle with but- tons and plackets, or to decide the color scheme ior their dreamhouse. ln her Spanish classes, she emphasizes the back- grounds and history that develop in the stu! dents a broader understanding ot the peoples of other lands. lncidentally, some ot the students say that they really learn their English grammar in her Spanish classes. .An all-around triend is Mrs. Crowder, wife ot the Bible instructor.
