The members of the L.G.H.S. graduating class of 1971 are gathering at the White House in Washington D.C. for their ten year reunion. Getting off the plane he has piloted in, is GARY LIMING. He owns an aviation company and flies to Europe once a week to see what's happening. After a few minutes another plane comes in. The pilot is DUANE BOMAR and getting off with him is none other than ENID STIMPSON. Duane pilots privately chartered flights only, and has a multi-million dollar business. We all know that Enid is the famous stewardess that is responsible for saving Howard Huges, when her flight went down over the Atlantic. LARRY YELLOWTAIL has just arrived from California on his private plane. Larry is very famous down there. Why?? Because Larry makes girls!!! Now we see BETTY KAISER stepping off a huge jet. She is a business teacher at Harvard. Being asked how she liked teaching at an all male university, she replies try it and find out for yourself!! BABETTE MURDOCK is just getting off her chartered plane, that has just arrived from Spain, where Babette teaches the Spanish English. J ENNETH MIKAMI and JAMES HILL are just pulling up in front of the White House lawn. They own the largest oil company in the world. Running toward the White House are MARILYN STEWART and MARY STEWART. They are physical ed. teachers at a famous university and now are in training for the Olympics. Stepping out of a big black limosine we see ROBERT HANDO and KIM GENTRY, who are partners owning the largest cattle ranch in the world. Driving up in a beautiful Chrysler is NORA LITTLE LIGHT, who is famous for completing the first successful heart transplant done by a nurse. DONNY BILL PEASE, roaring up in his Mercedes Benz, is a VERY famous actor who got his start in the play Winnie-The-Pooh”. Donny had the starring role of the jack (oops) donkey. Next screeching up in an ambulance is the famous medical Secretary GEORGIE ANN PEASE. She assisted Nora in her famous heart transplant. Driving up now is ANITA LA RANCE who is very well known for her cure for cancer. At the White House we see GEORGINE TAKES GUN, she is the private secretary for the President. Oh yes, the president is BOB BURRIS, who else?!?! Bob being the youngest president, was also forced to change his political party to win the election. The 18 members of the 1971 class are here - let the festivities begin! SENIOR WILLS I BETTY KAISER being of sound mind and strong body — do hereby will the following — my position as Annual Editor to anyone who wants to be in a state of confusion everyday, and all my good times to all the L. For it is life, the very life of life. In its brief course lie all the varieties and realities of your existence: The bliss of growth; The glory of action; The splendor of beauty; For yesterday is already a dream, and tomorrow is only a vision; But today, well lived, makes every yesterday A dream of happiness, and every tomorrow a vision of hope. Look well, therefore, to this day! Such is the salutation of the dawn!
