THE CLASS OF ’61 We are now looking ten years into the future to see what our fellow classmates are doing. We are meeting on that big yellow planet the Moon. The first to arrive and still together is Steve Caddell and James Endicott. Steve in his Highway Patrolman's uniform, and James in his businessman's suit. Here comes the first Space Ship with its dashing Pilot Dick Cooley. Dick is now a pilot for the Navy Space Patrol. Many of our classmates show signs of success. Cathrine Semple is head nurse at a hospital in Hawaii U.S.A. Mary Ann Simpson is now supt. of Juvenille Crimes on the L. A. Police Woman's Dept. Here comes our lovely group of secretaries. First in line is charming Sharon Criswell who is a secretary for the Bank of America in Seattle. Jolene White Clay and Aline Old Crow are busily trying to greet everyone. They are both working in government offices. Joan Whiteman is now a medical sec. and barely had time to join us. Rosalie Gray Bull is a stenographer for Chrysler Corp. Terry Faught, a sharp secretary, is in the main office of Space Relations in New York. Here comes a group of our boys, now smart looking young men. Richard Brown is a wealthy wheat farmer in Lodge Grass. Robert Clawson Jr. is a music Prof, form Montana State College. David George tests cigarette ingredients for that new cigarette Mars. Larry Kreiger and his wife have just arrived. Larry is a Senator in Congress. Stanley Laughery is looking mighty sharp as a cattle rancher. Bill Miller is Lt. Commander of the Highway Patrol in Chicago. Here's Henry MEETS IN ’71 Pretty on Top coach of good old L.G.H.S. Dewey Schenderline is co-star of that exciting T.V. series Sea Hunt. Dick has just arrived with the second group of classmates. Alberta Cowles and family are looking happy as they step off the ship. Alberta is enjoying raising her lovely family. Vonda Faught has been busy fixing all the ladies hair into the newest space styles. She is a beauty operator in Hollywood. Mary Wiley has just arrived in her space suit. She is an interplanetary secretary. Jean Willson is her assistant, and they take care of a lot of business. Margaret Zier is a teacher in Boxeman, Montana. Her specialty is grade school. Phyllis Murdock and her husband have just arrived and so has Nancy Lawrence and her husband. Both Phyllis and Nancy have a full time job raising their families. Joyce Overturf and her husband are among the last to arrive. Joyce is looking radiant in her new fall frock. Rosemary Shaw, now an interior decorator, is responsible for this luxurious hotel, headquarters of our get together. Last but not least is yours truly Kay Clawson. I have been busy trying to get everyone together. I have spent these six years as an Obstetrician in Michigan. Now that everyone is present and accounted for we shall start the entertainment. 19
