Buist Walker President Richard Adamson Vice-President John Ferguson Treasurer Time to Part We the class of 1937, have worked and played together four years. and now the time lias come to part. W'ith our Senior year came dignity with which we led our classmates and schoolmates during this past year. YVith this dignity came pride in our school. activities. organizations, teams. administration and per- sonnel. We also can certainly be proud of the wonderful education which we received at Lockport Township High School. YVe elected four fine, young men to lead the aetivities of our class during its last year. YVe placed the responsibility of president upon the shoulders of Buist Wlalker. Richard Adamson. a former president. was vice-president. Capably serving as secretary was John Anderson, and our efficient money-handler was John Ferguson. Our first big undertaking was sponsoring Homecoming. VVe can honestly say that it was the best Homecoming ever. The seniors re- peated an honor which they had attained as juniors by winning the fioat contest. This year a group of senior homerooms got together and fashioned A lNhale of a Victory. Choosing our graduation invitations was fun, but we knew that our time to part was coming closer. We found that the hard work of some of our classmates seholastically did not go un- rewarded. Many were awarded scholarships. and twenty received membership in the l0'2 Club. The valedictorian of our class was Beverly Rider, while Wlilliam Kapella was salutatorian. While the juniors were working feverishly on the 1957 Prom, we looked baek and remembered the time when we had worked so hard to pre- sent. Dru-amer's Holidayf' As we heard the strains of Pomp and Cir- cumstancen we realized that the time to part had come-our Senior year had come to a close. John Anderson Secretary i William Rutter Chairman of Sponsors Alas. rrillll' Mays, :ee go 'I ime you on. you my. All no! DUHSUN
