VICA brings to- gether students with common interests and at the same time offers great leadership de- velopment programs. VICA enables the stu- dent to work with his hands and show pride in his work. EX-members will be able to meet job requirements through the knowledge they have obtained. VICA members will grow in many ways. Those most important are: leadership, in the understanding ofthe func- tions of labor and management organizations, and ability to work together.

The world of employment is rapidly changing. Vocational office education is attempting to keep up with this develop- ment by expanding the training offered. This is evidenced by a full unit of VOE being offered this year to replace the half unit offered the two previous years. The VO -E Club, which seeks to provide opportun- ities for intelligent career choice in the office occupations for which the students are trained in class and on the job.
