Dedication We dedicate the 1967 Stiletto to Coach Clifford Vandeventer who during the past years spent countless hours creating one of the best football teams in the history of L. H, S, Through his patience and guidance, he developed spirited young men with the eagerness and the skill needed to bring victory to their school. When the team was plagued by extraordinary difficulties and the members were inclined to give up, Coach Vandeventer brought them back to life with the words, You did your best, so continue playing to the maximum of your ability, and in the end you will succeed. Although the Lions did not reach the playoffs, we at L. H. S. knew that they were champions in the truest sense of the word. For all this help and unlimited service, we express our appreciation to Coach Clifford Vande- venter through the 1967 Stiletto. We hope that this yearbook will help everyone realize the great contribution he has made to the lives of students and teachers at L. H. S.
