182 MOCK TRUTH, TRIAL POLICE: JUSTICE LAW! Loara ' s magnificent Mock Trial Team did it again! As tradition dictated, the team had a great success in the courtroom. They earned fourth place out of forty-eight schools in the Eighth Annual Or- ange County Competition. The team met and practiced every day after school for two months prior to the first competition. By the time the first competition arrived, the team was fully prepared. At the Santa Ana Court- house, the team displayed their talent and sharpened skills. Each time the team stepped forward, they gained more and more confidence. This year, the team was proud to have two remarkable advisors, Mr. Barron as Commander-in-Chief and Attor- ney Nick Thompson as Coach. il I VI , u r •- ' ■• five
