162 The Powder Puff Assembly roared with excitement. The crowd got going with the Drill Team Leaders leading the Pledge of Allegiance. Mas- cots Dong Kim and Brian Cowan moved and shook their body parts to their favorite remixes of songs. JV Cheer and Song came out howling and yelling for their favorite team, the Juniors. Twirl- ing their flags, the Courtier Lead- ers came out showing off their hand coordination. Varsity Cheer mastered their moving pyramid. Varsity Song demolished the Ju- nior section by gunning them down at the beginning of their dance routine. Finally, the Drill Team Leaders came back to win the hearts of everyone.
