For Being A Senior As change occurs and time proceeds. it ' s strange to think it ' s time to leave. Though times spent here were lived with such stride, Just one more page in the book of life. Not wanting to forget, we will let go. Losing touch with the ones we know. Friends and lovers forever we thought. Just one dream we have sought. Frightened and shy as we started out. Now bold and strong but still many doubts. No more guidance, it ' s up to us. Our lite our own, our ideas to trust. Though there ' s so much more for us to know. Our teachers are different and different we ' ll grow Now ' s the end with a brand new beginning. Some of us losing, some of us winning. Our separate ways, we will seek. A new set of people for us to meet. Friends we are and soon will be less. Acquaintances at last, left behind are the best. The parties and nights we ' ve all spent together Now are just memories to last forever. All of this for being a senior. At long last it ' s time to leave here. Just one more thing, no more time I ' ll take, We all have yet our best friend to make! Mela Rodriguez My Broken Heart I feel lost without you. Yet sometimes with you. that ' s the way I want to be. You stabbed my heart; You made me bleed inside. But you. only to drink it like wine. I don ' t know what to expect next. A hit on my head with bricks? You invaded my private world. I didn ' t like the change from toad to cricket. What are you going to do about it? I gave you all of myself, but that Just wasn ' t good enough, was it? Why did you have to go in that way? Weren ' t you happy? Now the play is over. The fat woman sang, yet you missed It in a sense. Your skills no one chooses to remember. You cheated here; you committed suicide. You left without saying good-bye. If I was making you miserable. All you had to do is say. So I ' m doing the same, Only difference is I ' m going to live and go on To other things And forget you.
