EVERY MORNING, THE THREE GROUPS BEGIN REHEARSAL AT 6:45- SHARP! IN EVERY REHEARSAL, THEY WORKED HARD TRYING TO PERFECT THEIR SHOW. EVEN THOUGH THE MORNINGS WERE VERY COLD AND UNPLEASANT, SWEAT POURING DOWN THEIR FACES WAS NOT AN UN- USUAL SIGHT, EXCEPT FOR THE DRILL TEAM-THEY GLOW(ED). AFTER SCHOOL, THESE GROUPS WERE AT IT AGAIN, PRACTICING, REHEARSING, AND PERFECTING THEIR SHOW. ALL OF THE HARD WORK ACCOMPLISHED DURING THE REHEARSALS WAS IN EVIDENCE AT THE COMPETITIONS AND THE PERFORMANCES. BEHIND EVERY GREAT GROUP, THERE ARE A FEW GREAT ADVISORS AND INSTRUCTORS. MR. SCHROEDER, MS. ANDROS, AND MS. WHITE INSTRUCTED AND ENCOUR- AGED THEIR GROUPS TO THEIR HIGH- EST PEAK. THESE GROUPS HAVE RE- CEIVED MANY HONORABLE AWARDS AND TROPHIES: BEST MUSIC AWARD, SWEEPSTAKES DRILL TEAM, AND FIRST PLACE TALL FLAGS. THIS YEAR ' S BAND, DRILL TEAM, AND COURTIERS WORKED VERY HARD, AND DEFINITELY DESERVE MUCH MORE THAN JUST TROPHIES AND AWARDS.
