EVEN THOUGH THE SWIMMING SEASON STARTED IN FEBRUARY, THE TEAM BEGAN THEIR TRAINING IN SEPTEMBER. THE TEAM PRAC- TICED RIGOROUSLY EACH DAY. THESE PRACTICES LASTED UP TO THREE HOURS. BESIDES THEIR REGULAR AFTER-SCHOOL WORKOUTS, THEY WORKED OUT IN THE MORNING. THEIR DEDICATION AND DILI- GENCE GAVE EACH MEMBER THE EXTRA EDGE NEEDED TO WIN RACES.
