BOTH TEAMS PUT IN LONG HOURS OF PRACTICE IN PREPARATION FOR RE- GIONAL COMPETITIONS. THE KIWANIS BOWL TEAM WAS LED BY FIRST- YEAR TEACHER AT LOARA, LINDA ESPING. THE TEAM MET EVERY DAY AT LUNCH TO PRACTICE AND STUDY SEEMINGLY ENDLESS STACKS OF CARDS FILLED WITH QUESTIONS ON VARIOUS TO- PICS.
