THE SAXON DEFENSE WAS CONSID- ERED ONE OE THE HARDEST WORKING DE- FENSES IN THE EMPIRE LEAGUE LED BY THE QUICKNESS OE WILLIE TRUII- LLO AND THE AGGRESSIVENESS OF WADE CLESTER THE SAXONS WERE A TOUGH TEAM TO SCORE UPON THE SAXONS HAD A NUMBER OE TALENTED SHOOTERS. IN ONE GAME AGAINST PACIEICA, GARY MILLER SCORED EORTY-SIX POINTS. IN ADDITION IOHN PARKER WAS CONSIDERED TO BE ONE OF THE I-'INER SHOOTERS IN THE LEAGUE VARSITY PLA YER KEVIN HAMPTON SUMMA- RIZED THE WHOLE SEASON BY SAYING, THROUGHOUT THE YEAR WE GA VE IT OUR BEST AND PLAYED AS HARD AS WE COULD. 1.
