Wap Shulies Makes History 6 ‘A JENS, atten- tion every- body! Now, write this down.” I am Julian Porter and I’m the sponsor for the History Club, Gamma Delta Sig- ma. The History Club had an awesome year. The lectures by Aubrey Lindsey and hypnotism specialist, Dr. Charles Flynn were outstanding and very well attended. The club also visited the Museum of the Confe- deracy and the Confed- erate White House. “‘l hope a few of you get this.”’ From the conflict between the states, members jumped to the struggle between the classes in the annual Tug-O-War competition. A reunion was held on April 29 for all former history club members. Gamma Delta Sigma has been busy creating a bit of history of its own. Amy Luckeydoo was chosen as outstanding member for the year. Making Homecoming Magically Medieval ow! Everyone looks great! The band really sounds great and every- body is having a Dlast. You’d think we would be mad about losing the game, but everyone was too busy to worry. Gee, it was cold at the game, but Rhapsody heated things up with a perfect dance routine. Those girls have been hard at work since this summer when they attended camp. Their hard work and dedication POS paid off. Cool! I get to stop taking money and go inside. Wow! This place looks great. Getting a pic- ture taken in the castle de- signed by Lynne Peto of the yearbook staff. SCA did a great job decorat- ing, but they always do. They keep everything running smoothly throughout the year. SCA sponsored the Miss L.C. Bird Pageant. This is a great dance. What a Homecoming!
