Place Second in State Varsity cagers scored their way to a 23-5 record, losing only to Brunswick. But they came back in the Regional AA tournament to beat the Bulldogs and win the title. In the state tournament, the Skyhawks beat. Harrison- burg, the defending cham- pion. But their Cinderella season ended in a heart- stopping game against Martinsville which resulted in a 59-57 double overtime loss. Congratulations to the team, cheerleaders, and fans for an excellent season. Coach of the Year, Tester promises more victories next season.
