That day is Fifties Day. To add a touch of nostalgia, Mmes. The Yellow- jacket football team was supported by both spirited student organizations and townspeople. At the pep rally preceding the Burnet game, all the senior footbaal players were honored with a personalized poem. A live bulldog aroused the crowd's excitement. The numerous injuries did not hinder the Jackets execution of a superb season. Some of the leading factors for this winning season was our great rushing ability, over-all team J' play of the defense, and the fact that all of the boys played as Superstars with team efforts being shown every game .
