Foreword Man ' s development can be marked by reflecting on his past mistakes, present accomplishments, and future goals. We assert that Livingstone College is continuing to progress by learning from her past mistakes, her present accomphshments, and is steadily working toward a better future, which will equip her graduates to negotiate the systems of an ever changing world.
