Dr. Samuel E. Duncan President of Livingstone College GREETINGS TO THE STAFF: You have my commendation for continuing one of the greatest traditional under- takings of the College in the publication of the LIVINGSTONIAN of 1966. It seems significant that the staff is entrusted with the task of recapturing some of the opinions, expressions and activities of students and general staff in the his- torical setting of a Ten-Year Development Program. We must not underestimate the value of your experience to your future in this exciting venture of the institution at this time. As you recall the unforgettable days beneath the maples and the oaks in years ahead, may you feel that in some way you contributed your bit to that component of the implementation of the institution ' s philosophy in making it A College Where No One Gets Lost. Join hands with those who will succeed you as did your predecessors and from your experience, aid in the publication of the LIVINGSTONIAN of 1967. 5
