Dr. Samuef Duncan GREETINGS TO THE STAFF: You have been engaged in one of the most important undertakings of the College program. Like the staffs before you, yours has been the major responsibility for capturing and recaptur- ing some of the highlights of College Life of which you have been a significant part. The students entrusted to your hands a noble venture by their support and that you have worked diligently and effectively is evidenced by the nature of your publication. The students of today who have the privilege of walking beneath . . . . . . the Maples and the Oaks and thousands who shall follow them and learn the meaning of the black and the blue will relive many times the vivid experiences of their educational careers. Yours it has been to help maintain the meaning of these experiences and perpetuate the traditions of the institution in your time. The results of your efforts will extend into the tomorrow as many will look to their yesteryears in what the college contributed to their lives and their contributions to it. We commend you and your Associates for the publication of the yearbook and we are glad that you are a vital part of the Livingstone that moves ever ahead toward the greater realization of its designated educational goals.
