I I I e e Q so I I I I l-5 Since the autumn of 1946, there has been a concerted effort to u ite the alumni of L.C.H.S. into a functional organization for the purposes of fostering a closer relationship between the schools and its alumni, providing a means for keeping members of the classes in contact with one another, and bringing together the classes for re- unions at regular intervals. The initial program of the organization, directed primarily by A. W. Perne, and D. Covi, with the assistance of A. Farhat, E. Lib- gra, F. Perne, V. Balen, L. Moggio, B. Kopuster, J. Lusiana, B. Dal- pazzo, and F. Augustine, included the formulation of the constitu- tion and by-laws. The constitution was formally adopted by a vote at the first annual meeting at the high school on December 28, 1947. The officers elected were: J. Lusiana '28, President, F.
