FROM THE EDITORS During the close of the seventies, our! high school years, we have been paving the path to our future. This yearbook serves as a reminder of the friends and experiences we shared. Now, at the start of the eighties we are at the Crossroads of our lives: we have decisions to make which will effect our future success and happiness. l wish to each of the class of 1980 that you choose the path which suits you best, and perhaps our paths will cross once again. Randi Hutter Co-Editor-in-Chief As the first graduating class ofa new decade, we look upon this year as a period of transition in our lives. While the '70's saw us as children beginning to grow and to learn more about ourselves, the '80's will witness us develop into mature individuals who will continue to strive for more knowledge. We must now leave those memories of our adolescence behind, and look to the future as adults. For those of us going on to college, we can expect new challenges and demands from our concentrated studies in the next few years. Others of us who begin working soon after graduation also will be faced with responsibilities in a new learning experience. But to the class of 1980 whatever you do in the future, may you be happy- This life is yours Take the power to chose what you want to do, and do it well. Take the power to control your own life, no one else can do it for you. Take the power to make your life happy! -Susan Polls Schutz Tina Terraciano Co-Editor-in-Chief As our senior year comes to a close, we have so much to look back upon and even more to look forward to. We will always remember our learning experiences at LHS, those which occurred in and out of the classroom. Crossroads 1980 is a composition of images which reflect our years at Livingston High School. As we, the Class of 1980, embark on a new decade, we bring with us the individuality to enrich our future lives. Diana Luckewicz Co-Editor-in-Chief The Crossroads '80 staff would like to thank everyone who contributed to this yearbook, Especially . . . Miss Gail Lighthipe, whose knowledge, guidance and sense of humor we could not have done without this year! Mrs. Norma Katz, whose monetary expertise helped make Crossroads '80 the most financially successful yearbook ever! Mrs. Dolores Carola for her time and help. A special thanks to Wayne Ackerman Nancy Dubow Alyssa Garfinkel Laura Hillman Mindy Klarman Mr. Don Schwartz Jeff Unger Kara Weiss whose photography added to the beauty of this yearbook.
