Mr. Robert Lampf MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT OF THE STUDENT COUNCIL The class of 1980 . .. closing the 70's and opening a new dacade. The seventies are gone, and with them we too must leave. As we go on, our enthusiasm and action speaks louder than words policy will be permanently molded into the history of LHS. Together we have learned, loved, laughed, cried, fought, competed, and, perhaps most important shared friendships. Many memories are sculptured into our minds, but will anything be as unforgettable as the times spent with friends? Though we will never again be united as one, l hope that all of us will carry some of the vivacity that was always evident over the last three years. In everything we did, our compassion, maturity, intelligence, and emotional and physical strength blossomed for all to see. For the future, I wish all of you, the entire class of '80, much success in all your endeavors and, most of all, be happy. Harlan Coben Spend your life waiting for a moment that just don't come. Well, don't waste your time waiting. Bruce Springsteen 2'
