Pleasure Faire Attracts Appropriately Clad LH Students to Festivities Ladies in long dresses, gentlemen in tights with feathers in their hats, and peasants alike were at the Renaissance Faire as witnessed by the students of LHS on a Saturday in September. Marin County woods were the scene where we stepped backward in time to enjoy the Faire, If you're in doubt as to what a Renaissance Faire is, it's simply a few acres of woodland where people congregate to enjoy the plays, singers. musicians, food and wares the peasants sell behind booths-all this in a 12th to 16th Century setting. qs.
