Mr. Clyde Walker 4' Mr. Bruce Johnston Clerk During this past semester Livermore High School conducted a pilot study for California High Schools on Communism E Democracy. The members of the class of 1962 were the pioneers in this course. We hope that their contributions will have enriched the course and made it more worthwhile for those that follow them. We hope that they, as a result of this course, will be better able to identify, and withstand, the sinister influences and pressures that will be brought to bear upon them from cleverly camouflaged communist youth organizations, communists front organizations, and, in some cases, communists on the professional level. We hope that they will be able to identify the enemies who are a menace to our Amer- ican Way of Life. Ralph T.
